Did anyone else’s LO get a high temperature about a week after they had their 1 year immunisations?

Yes, it's normal. The nurse should have advised you on this.

Yes, my DD seemed to be mildly unwell on and off for a few weeks, I think the different parts of the vaccine take different times to show side effects.
