Does this sound right?

So my DS had a fever last Wednesday afternoon till Friday evening, it went up to 39.9, came down with neurofen. He had no other symptoms of illness apart from a bit more sleepy.
He was checked over by GP, and no signs of UTI / chest / ear infection.

Hes been a little more tired over weekend and a little off food, but drinking plenty and today he’s being sick.
His temp is normal.
is this just a weird bug?

It could be, how is he since he's been sick?

He was sick once about 12:30 then slept, He’s playing fine, had an ice lolly and plenty to drink and passing urine . Looks at bit… peaky though

If he's playing ok and not been sick since, I'd be tempted to leave him today with just calpol.

Follow your instincts though, if they're screaming at you that something is wrong then get him checked out

@PritiPatelsMaker i haven’t even given calpol 🫣. He’s not seemed upset or unsettled enough to have it.
His temp is now 37.6 so slightly high I guess……
