I have a 7 month old that is waking every 1 - 2 hours and has done for 2 months. I'm getting desperate. I have tried everything I possibly can. He has a good daytime routine and naps well. Be goes down well at night but I just can't get him to sleep through and I can't get him back down without a feed (he's breastfed)
I want to try Cara babies tonight as I feel it's the only next step but I want to be able to go in and pick him up to calm him before putting down again. I can't find anywhere that tells me the times between checking in on him?
