Exactly this ^

The kids seem to be eating 4 billion times a day. I'm all out love with planning, shopping, cooking etc.

What are you're easy go to snacks and meals?

Snacks are fruit, crackers or veg sticks. Make them accessible so you don't have to serve them.

Pinterest is great for quick easy meals

How old are your dc? We often have a roast on a Sunday and pasta one other day, it's kind of two days that I don't have to think about. Homemade pizza, fajitas, quiche & salad, sausage and mash are all favourites. Snacks are fruit but tbh mine are 7&8 so don't really snack much now.

I work as a nanny and do a three week rotation meal plan, with four meals and the shopping list for each week (I only work four days a week, but you could extend the idea to seven days). I plan something based on chicken, something based on fish, something with pork/beef/mince, something vegetarian each week. So, for example, next week is Mon - slow cooker chicken curry, rice and a side salad, Tues - peppers stuffed with turkey mince and rice with green beans, Weds - fish pie (when I make this, I always make two or three extras and freeze them - it isn't any extra work and it mean that you just need to defrost and reheat) Thurs - cheese omelette, baked potatoes and corn on the cob.

Fruit bowl for snacks, or for prepacked things I've seen a "snack basket" idea where they have a named basket with snacks for the day that they can help themselves to, but when it's gone it's gone.
