Potty Training-Night Time

My little one is 3 years and 2 months and she has been mentioning wearing knickers for bed time. She wasn't dry in the mornings and she has fluids during the night so I thought that dry nights would be a long way off or would taken some will power from my end to not just let her have a drink to settle her back off to sleep. We decided after our holiday that we would try and do no pull ups, there was a big build up to it and my daughter was so excited. We have just had night three and she has wee'd before going to bed and I have reduced fluids. First night she woke up after doing a wee in her bed (which i totally expected with it being night number one), second and third night she has wee'd in her bed (not sure on the time) and she has slept through it. I am assuming that this means she isn't ready but can I go back to pull ups? Will this confuse her? Or do I just persevere?

Night time weeing can be dictated by a hormone rather than training as such. DS took quite a bit of time to be dry at night and would sleep through without noticing he was soaking wet!

You can put a cover on the mattress etc if you give up on the pull ups

toomuchlaundry - Thank you, I have got a mattress protector and puppy training pads laid under her sheet to try and reduce the amount of daily cleaning I will be doing.

I am unsure whether to ride it out for longer or just take the sleeping through have a wee accident in bed during the night as a sign she isn't ready. But then my question is can I go backwards and put her back in pull ups? Or is that too confusing for her?
