FTM -- Help !!!

My baby is 5 weeks old. He has these spots on his chest, and some on his face and arms. They come and go on his face and arms and the chest ones only came up yesterday. No fever, feeding well, lots of wet nappies and poops.
Is this baby acne or heat rash?? Anyone can give any advice

I'd say heat rash x

My 15 month old has them on his back it's heat rash
