2yo large whitehead looking spot on labia?

Hey!

has anyone’s LO ever had this? I noticed it this afternoon when changing her nappy. It’s kind of like a hard large whitehead on her inner top labia. Hard to explain. I have never seen this before and worried. Called docs but have been told to call back in the morning for an appointment. Really strange and worried as to what this could be? Can’t find anything when I search online.

DS has something similar in the skin next to his anus, I think it's just a whitehead as you say...but let's see what other posters suggest, I don't think it's anything to be concerned about though.

Could it be a bartholems cyst?

@uncertainalice Yes it’s strange it looks almost like a white solid small stone appearance under the skin

@DiaryofWimpyMumm it doesn’t look like it it’s up the other end where the fold of an adult cliteral hood is (sorry to sound graphic I don’t know how to describe this area in a child) it’s kind of tucked under that.

Molluscum might look like that (it's harmless but can spread, and no treatment recommended)
