Spacesaver jumperoo - what am I doing wrong?

I've just got a second hand space saver jumperoo for my 5 month old DD. I've put it on the highest setting but her feet still seem to be flat on the floor. She's not a giant by any means. On about the 75th centile. I don't get it? Have I missed something? Pic attached

Do you have the instructions it came with? If you go onto the manufacturers website you should be able to download the pdf instructions then you can check you've assembled it correctly.

The seat looks too low to me? I had a different version and the seat was higher.

Ah ha the seat was on upside down! I didn't assemble it at all it was already done by the person I bought it off.

Best thing you could do is get rid
They’re actually really bad for babies hips and knees OP and they’re becoming more and more discouraged. Banned in some countries.

you’ll probably say ‘oh it’s only 10 minutes here and there’ but it doesn’t matter it adds up - please read up as to why these are so bad. All babies bounce it doesn’t mean they need to be plonked into one of these. Certain bones and joints aren’t even formed yet and with every bounce it’s jolting them even more out of place.

Cute baby. But spacesaver?! It would take up 1/2 my lounge!

My parents had this jumperoo at their house for my baby from 5 months too, he absolutely loved it. He actually preferred it to the larger one we have at our house. He was an early walker so didn't get long out of it unfortunately.

She looks quite disappointed - hope she likes it when it’s working!
