4 month old skipping bottles

Hi, looking for some help or advice. I've contacted my HV and waiting for a call back they are busy just now.

My 4 month old DD takes 210ml (7oz) in each bottle but recently she has decided that one day she will take the full bottle 5 times a day which is fine but some days she will only take 4 full bottles a day. I'm a first time mum so don't know if this is normal, she has been bottle fed since day one as I was unable to breastfeed due to medications I take.

I should also mention that she has started taking a little pureed fruit now and again so i don't know if that is maybe what is stopping her take the 5th bottle but it's not a lot of puree she is getting maybe a third of a pouch.

Any help or tips would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Perhaps she would prefer more frequent feeds with a smaller amount per feed?
