Unusual noises

My 6 year old daughter sits and makes noises like "mmmm" "hmmm" while watching telly, playing, drawing just anything really while concentrating, she says tonight it's frustrating her because she can't stop herself from doing it.. anyone shed any light on this if your child does it thank you :)

It sounds very much like stimming. Look it up and see if it matches your daughter, it is usually a sign of ASD.

It sounds like a tic to me. One of my children does exactly the same. She has developed other tics on and off over the years but this is the enduring one. It relaxes her. Unless there are more concerning symptoms, the best course of a action is to accept it and not make a 'thing' of it.
