My 10 month old is not responding to his name

Hello Mammas
My baby boy is 10 months and 9.5 months corrected age. He is not responding to name, rarely he looks baby he has done ir a couple times but that would be a 2/10 sometimes no response which is 98% of the time.

He was doing some hand flapping but only when exited.
And spinning the cars wheels but that is something all kids do.

He is not crawling yet but he is trying, he gets in position but when he is gonna take off he goes flat like a pancake.
Not waving or pointing at things

Yes:
He is sitting unassisted since 7 months.
Babbles and says mama, papa, Dada and agua (water in spanish) and then a lot of babbling.
Stands up unassisted but hasn't mastered it.
Pulls himself to stand.
Goes from laying to sitting
Rolls back and forth
Does army crawling
Walks assisted
Moves around grabbing onto the furniture.
Feeds himself
Has eye contact
Laughs back and smiles socially
Keeps eye contact with others
He is aware of his surroundings
Plays peekaboo
Knows object pertenance
Throws his arms to be picked up
He can clap his hands
Make a click sound with his tongue
Imitates me when laughing, clapping, stiking out tongue
Understands no when said out loud

I might sound crazy but I know the not responding to name can be a red flag for autism after 1 year old.
I know all babies develop at their own pace, but this is something I can't get out of my system, I find myself overthinking and getting stressed about it.

Is anyone going through the same or has gone through the same????
Any positive feedback on this.
I have booked a Peds appointment and im on the waiting list for 6 months. So my anxiety builds up !
Thank you mammas !

But he’s not over 1 year old. He’s 9.5 months. He has 2.5 months until he’s 1 (corrected) which is over a quarter of the time he’s been alive. Things change overnight with babies. They’re not dojng something, then they are. He sounds normal to me.

Hey, answering to their name is something that was on our 2yr milestone check. I know because my DC still wasn't doing it then! Health visitor went through everything, hearing problems, possible autism diagnosis, communication issue etc. I did insist it was entirely selective and that if DC's name was chocolate they'd be responding everytime 😊 after lots of analysis, they decided nothing wrong and couldn't explain why DC doesn't respond to name (still doesn't at 3). They are a bubbly, fun loving, sociable child who basically is having too much fun to want to be interrupted. Try not to obsess too much over milestones at this stage. If there are lots of issues cumulatively giving cause for concern then speak to somebody about it, but as with everything, children will do a lot of this stuff in their own good sweet time

He's only a baby! I think you might be jumping the gun looking for traits so young. If he has ASD he has ASD. Obviously you don't want that for your child but there's nothing you can do about it so try to relax.

I don't think you need to be worrying about a 10 month old baby not meeting milestones of a 1 year old! And is correcting his age by 2 weeks really worth considering?

Wow! That's more than my cousin's baby can do. Very normal :)
