Is this normal sleeping for 10 week old? So exhausted

My LO was in a really good sleeping routine where she slept from 8-2 or 9-3, woke up for a feed then asleep until 6.

the last week she now falls asleep at 8. Wakes up at 12.30ish and the up every hour-2 hours until morning.

I’m utterly exhausted. Is this sleeping pattern normal at 10 weeks. Can sleep regression hit earlier or have I got it even worse to come?

Yep sounds absolutely normal to me! Both of my babies woke every 2 until they were 6 months!! This too shall pass, hang in there!

Sounds great to me, you’ve got that big chunk at the beginning of the night to bank some sleep in! Mine just did the waking hourly thing til 11 months, every two hours would have been such a treat.

Stop checking the time during the night and counting wake-ups: it’s less exhausting to let the night pass in an unknown blur.

It will pass. Can your partner help? We used to work it that I went to bed about 8pm and he'd feed til midnight where needed and I'd have had enough sleep to cope with broken patches after that

It’s tough isn’t it. Go to bed at 8 when she does.

Very normal. Definitely stop counting.

Yes, unfortunately sleep is a roller coaster. I was smug in the beginning and hit 3.5mo and it all went to pot till about 8mo.
Ideally have your husband start settling them as they can get hooked on one form of settling. And working towards self settling so they know how to put themselves back to sleep.
Good luck xx

Ah I’m going to have to start going bed at 8am!! I’m terrible at sleeping and usually sleep around 11 and then by the time 1am comes and she’s up every hour I’m utterly exhausted.
