I have plenty of ME One Size left over from dd now 4 and am hoping to reuse them with the next baby. I'm currently putting an oprder together with the Nappy Lady and am wondering what the earliest
is they can be used (weight/age). I do have some disposables for the very early days but am keen to use cloth as early as I can!
Any advice much appreciated!

I am curently using MEOs on dd2, started at about 6 weeks. Would have used them earlier but I was too disorganised.

I used MEOS from about a month old with DD1 as they didnt arrive till then. I was going to wait till the same age with DD2 but after she soaked through her pyjamas and bedclothes 3 times in one night at 10 days old i started using the MEOS..bloody useless disposables!
Remember to make sure you have at least 3 or 4 wraps, thats the minimum i found i needed

Thanks. I already have 12 MEOS and am buying another 4 along with 6 wraps so I'm hoping that#ll be plenty! I am just a bit concerned that they will be a bit too bulky on a newborn.

i bought more for DD2 and now have about 30 (but no tumble dryer). I found them a bit comical on DD1, they came up to her armpits but also found it makes the baby easier to 'manouvere' as they are not so floppy as with disposables. People have been using cloth for centuries i wouldnt worry about the bulkiness...
do you use fleece wraps? - if so try and have a couple more than you have nappies for those rare times when they poo but havent peed and the poo hasnt got on the nappy itself so you can change the liner and use the same nappy again.
