Cold sore or spot?

Does this look like a cold sore or a spot? I’m worried as I know it can be dangerous in babies

Does this look like a cold sore? Noticed my 4 week old hasa blister on the inside left of his mouth,it doesnt seem to bother him and he is eating ok but no idea what it could be or what has caused it. It went down a little so thought that it had gone but it flared up again later in the day. He also seems to have a little ulcer on the right side of the mouth. Not sure if it is an ulcer thats irriated by bottle/dummy or possibly a cold sore. Partner and mum dont seem to think its a cold sore but im freaking out 🤯 its also the weekend so cant get him in the drs will need to be out of hours. Do you think it could be a cold sore?
