What to do with 4 month old in this weather?

As the title says really... we are both bored being stuck at home. It's far too hot to do much in terms of outdoor activities but I'm desperate to get us both out of the house today.

Any recommendations?

We are going to the sea life centre tomorrow but aside from that I'm stumped.

4 month old is too young to really appreciate activities or anything, so focus on what change of scenery you would like and somewhere that's air conditioned! Library, shopping centre, baby cinema? Or a walk in shady woodland.

4 month olds don’t really get bored, they just need interaction with you and you can do that inside in a dark room with a fan! If it’s as hot where you are as it is where I am, I really wouldn’t take a 4 month out in it unless I had no other choice, and ideally just into an air conditioned car to an air conditioned place. They can’t regulate their temperatures or sweat properly. I’d find yourself something to watch on TV and call it a chill day

As PPs have said, 4 month olds don't get bored! Books, toys, tummy time etc. Is all they need. Maybe a baby massage?

Where do you want to go? Take baby there.

Agree with pp.

Wherever you want to go that's air conditioned or shady/cool.

Avoid high heat and direct sunlight but otherwise crack on and do what you want
