Concerned about 7month old tantrums

I know this may be a a silly post, but I’m really worried.
my 7month old throws real tantrums when he gets frustrated as in clenched fists, grabs and pinches whoever has him, goes red and screams, This is my second child and I’ve never whitenessed such a young child behave this way I’ve even found myself googling ‘can a 7month old have anger issues’ 😪

everyone says it’s just him learning and expressing himself but it doesn’t sit right with me. Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated

thank you in advance 😊

Hmm

How old is your older child, and is the baby maybe already mimicking behaviour they're seeing from an older sibling?

That said, my eldest would headbutt the floor when he got "angry" (I think "overwhelmed" might actually be more appropriate) and that was when he was crawling, so he must have only been 8/9 months. He's a perfectly well adjusted, neurotypical kid now.

I think it’s just a standard second born. I’m convinced they have to be louder and more aggressive from an evolutionary perspective so they can monopolise and steal parental time/worry from the PFBs! 😂

obviously keep an eye and speak to a health care professional if you are really worried but I would say it’s totally normal. I love my babies but if my second born had been my first, I wouldn’t have a second born. 😳

Thank you for getting back to the thread, my eldest is 11 so just a mardy pre teen girl 😂
like You say I’ll have to keep an eye and contact health visitor but I’m sure I’m just over worrying thank you all again 😊

Teething? Wind? Boredom? No way is it anger.
