4 year old behaviour - at the end of my rope

Hi all, just wondering how far out of the norm my (just turned) 4 year old is as I am really struggling.

She never listens and I feel like it’s a battle to get her to do anything. Come to the table x5 (she doesn’t come so I have to go and get her) after she’s eaten- now go wash your hands - she runs into the bedroom. Rinse and repeat all. Fucking. Day. It’s not her hearing btw as she can always tell me what I’ve asked her to do.

She does this with everything, just doesn’t bloody listen to me. She has been at a nursery and pre-school type setting since she was 1. Have always had feedback that she doesn’t struggles with transitions and following directions. Recently have gotten feedback that she has hit kids, thrown sand on their head, broken the things they were building etc. She plays very nicely when it’s 1-1 and, if anything, is always the one sharing her toys, going along with the other kids games etc. But in a big group it’s like she’s looking for attention maybe? I don’t know.

So, thoughts? Am I raising a terrible child? Anyone else had a child like this?
