Is anyone else’s 5 year old still a complete nightmare of just mine? She’s currently having a tantrum because I won’t take her to tescos 🙄 I planned to take her to the park but apparently she would rather go tescos so now we are not going anywhere. I thought the days of tantrums would be long gone....

Summer holidays turns even the nicest kids that age into nightmares.

Someone once gave me a good tip for tantrums. Just walk out of the room and pretend your on the phone. Take no notice atall. When they stop talk to them about something else. It works Zero attention when tantruming

My 5yo had a tantrum in Sainsbury's today because I picked up the orange ice lollies instead of the lemonade ones Hmm

So glad to hear it’s not just mine that’s turned into a monster recently! She would totally kick off about the ice lolly thing too 🤦🏻
