4 month old sleep help!

i have a daughter who is 4 months old, turning 5 months next week. and would just like some feedback on her sleep bcos I’m a ftm and feel like I’m doing something wrong.
her routine is something like this:

wakes up 6:30 am
immediately tired and needs a nap by 7:15 latest
1st nap 7:15-8:00
2nd nap is 9:45-11:45
3rd nap is 1:30-2:30
4th nap is 4:30-5:15 (if I’m lucky, she normally takes a very short 4th nap)
bedtime is at 8pm and has been this way for ages (she fell into this routine herself)

I realise she has a very long stretch between last nap and bedtime but I’m worried if I move bedtime any earlier she will start waking earlier and 6:30 am is already pretty early

my other problem is idk if she is getting enough night time sleep since when she wakes at 6/6:30 she is tired already bless her! she also wakes at night a few times, mostly in pain from gas/trapped wind. I breastfeed her to sleep at night so do you think that is causing the pain making her wake? If so what do I do? Wake her and burp her before putting her down? I’m not sure how to get her to sleep at night without breastfeeding.
also, she takes all her naps in the day in the sling except for maybe the 3rd one where I feed her in bed and we nap together.

Im having exactly the same issue! Although my baby wakes every 2 hours at night, im exhausted! And she never sleeps for longer than half an hour 3 times a day. No idea what to do either!
