I feel like I’ve lost a little spark with DH. The arguments have died down we’ve talked through what we argued over

I just find myself wanting alone time. If my mother (DS’ nana) offers to babysit I just want to go to bed early and SLEEP

My sex drive is near enough gone, I have days where I want to but on a whole I rarely want to have sex I’m just so tired

Is this normal? Have I lost our spark?? Will I ever get my sex drive or desire back

I think that is normal. My sex drive is pretty much gone. I can get in the mood if husband is, but apart from that I don't really care! Are you breastfeeding? Apparently the hormones mean a lower libido, which SHOULD return to normal when you stop.

If you're very tired it's probably worth getting your iron and vitamin levels checked by the GP.

I had a difficult first birth and a DC that didn't sleep more than 1hour at a time and genuinely couldn't have cared less about sex. My DH was really hands on and similarly shattered, it just wasn't important to us at that stage. After second baby it was a different story as he slept pretty well and I had bags of energy 😉
