What to dress 4 month old in at night when room is warm

Our bedroom is too hot at the moment at 23 degree some nights

What would you put on your 4 month old, currently seen online long sleeve baby grow and 1 tog sleepbag

Any advice please

Long sleeve vest and 1tog bag. She's fine like that.

If I don't currently have a long sleeve vest, could they wear just a long sleeve cotton top and the 1 tog sleepbag, or does the top have to be buttoned closed around the nappy

Buttoning on vests is only to keep it in place. Depending on the baby this probably wouldn't matter at night.

I would also use a long sleeved vest/top and 1 tog for 23 degrees (I wish it was that cool in our house!)
