How many poos a day is normal for toddler?

My son is 21 months and does 3-4 poos every day. Not diarrhoea either just normal poos.

Is this normal? My friends say their children of the same age are one a day maybe 2 at a push.

DD has been doing one (sometimes two, maybe every other day) a day since about 18m. More than that usually means she's ill.

Occasionally none, usually at least 2, sometimes 4 here. (21 months). I wouldn’t worry, the range of normal varies .
