Best apron bib?

We are weaning our 7 month old and she makes a LOT of mess! We don't mind as I'm happy for her to play around with food and get used to different tastes and textures. The only problem is that with a regular style bib, her clothes are getting covered and quite stained.

I was looking at apron bibs but there's a few different styles out there and they're quite expensive, so don't want to get one and realise that it's not quite right.

We have a Joie 6 in 1 high chair if that makes a difference. The tray is quite large on it.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The ones we got in Tesco. They had a really twee name, I think it was Mum2Me or something but were great. Plastic sleeves but a towelling front so could get chucked straight in the washing machine.

By apron bib do you mean the ones with sleeves? My favourite ones have been the Terry cloth ones from Sainsbury's but I haven't seen them in our local one for a while, I really hope they haven't been discontinued! Less than a fiver each, and all though I was sceptical about Terry cloth at first, I found them much better than the 'wipe clean' ones because the wipe clean ones means liquid or sloppy foods just run all over the place. Whereas the Terry holds it all in one place and then you can just wring it out in the sink (like you end up having to do with the wipe clean ones anyway) and they don't seem to stain which is beyond me.

Bibado definitely.

IKEA bibs with sleeves (if they still do them)

Otherwise most of the ones on Amazon seem fine. I found neoprene ones went mouldy though.
