Green bits in baby poop

Sorry for the detail, but 4 week old EBF DS seems to have several nappies a day with green bits in - does this warrant investigation or is it on the normal spectrum for newborn poop? I remember my first DS having some green poops but this more yellowy poop with green bits in. I did try ringing health visitor twice today but no answer so thought I'd ask on here to see if anyone had any experience of it. Thank you!

Does it have mucus too?

@bringthegingotthejuice This sounds daft but I don't really know? It sometimes has stringy bits in (sorry) but I'm not sure.

Just wondering if it could be the fatty parts of your milk? I can't really remember but I am sure my baby had this too!

I only ask as my little boy had green slimy poo, it was down to a dairy allergy. Usually it looks a bit snot like, and if you close the nappy together it will string together (sorry bit gross!) it can sometimes look like it's got a shiny gloss to it too.

Does he have any other symptoms? Reflux, eczema?
