Hi, i'm just wondering if anyone has been where I am and what my next steps should be.
I joint own our house with my OH and we have an 18 month old. We've decided to split up. I can't afford to buy him out so we'll have to sell up. Where does this leave me and my little boy? I'm unsure I can even afford to rent on my income let alone buy another house. Who should I speak to? Can I get any help? I have no idea what steps come next. Any advice appreciated.
