Apps for kids that don't require wifi?

Have u got any recommendations? Flying tomorrow and want to get some for my two, age 5 and 3. One has an iPad and the other has Amazon fire tablet.

Don't mind paying a little if I can cancel on next month payment etc

We just download programmes from CBeebies using the BBC app and you can then watch them offline.
