My son is 2 1/2 and had a high temp - 38.4 - and was sick the other day with a runny code etc. Had a day of rest and lots of fluids and Calpol and he seemed back to normal the next day. His temp was 35.9 I think when I checked it this morning. I was just concerned cause when I've gone to check on him the last couple of nights he's felt cold. Sometimes sweaty still but cool to touch. Is this normal after having a fever or should I speak to my gp? Not something I've dealt with before but was a bit worried. Thanks!
