15 month old being sick, when should I worry?

So my 15 month DD has never been a sicky baby, but yesterday she projectile vomitted out of nowhere as she woke up from a nap (hadn't had milk in 5 hours and no food in 2), she was sick about 30 mins later after having some water but was then fine. Not eating her usual amount of food and slept fine and today fine, has had her usual milk feeds but again not that hungry and then tonight projectile vomitted while drinking her bed time milk. She's fine in herself otherwise, a bit warm and teething but not in a poorly mood.

Is this a bug even though she went about 30 hours without being sick?
She's my first so this is all new to me!
