I'd agree if he was meant to be a toddler but apparently he's meant to be 9/10 years old!

Lots of behaviour in Bing isn't "acceptable in society" because the animals are supposed to behave like preschoolers. If they behaved like adults, kids wouldn't be able to relate to it.

Means it could be written by literally anyone. It's not like the BBC have said it. It's quite clear that they're toddlers in the show
