What should baby wear to bed

My newborn is under the weight for a sleeping bag and doesn’t like blankets, just kicks them off. What would you put them in? A short sleeved vest and sleepsuit? It’s around 24/25c at night in the bedroom at the moment. Doesn’t really drop in temp during the night much.

I would prob put them just in a vest if im honest. Its always best to go with less than more as dangerous for baby to overheat and its surprising how low their ideal sleeping temp is. If they wake up and seem cold i would change it for a sleepsuit but wouldnt put a vest under x

Mine is 4 months and just in a long sleeved vest.

Last night it was a big warmer so a short sleeved vest. Unbearable heat wave nights just a nappy.

Sometimes I go for just a sleep suit. Then for me the next 'step down' from that is a vest and sleeping bag or cellular blanket.
