Hi
My 6 month old has started having tap water and I'm wondering how you sterilise the bottles? We have an electric steriliser so wondering how you clean them

Hot soapy water is all I did at that age.

Thank you!

I'm assuming you're breastfeeding as you've not been sterilising bottles up until now.

We only need to sterilise bottles (and water) for formula as it's not sterile. Water bottles don't need to be sterilised Smile

You don’t. You keep sterilising the bottles to get rid of any milk residue that might have been left behind after washing as that can potentially breed dangerous bacteria. No such danger with water! We do them in the diswasher, same as everything else.
