I’m really struggling go get kendamil first infant anywhere round here. My little girl will be 6 months in 2 weeks… would it be ok to put her on the stage 2 milk , 6-12 months now? It’s easier to find the second stage milk.

Stage two is less regulated and it's designed for when they're eating a bit of solids. It would probably be best to get a different brand of stage 1.

I can't see what difference two weeks would make. As long as she's on solids.

Ok thank you for your help 😊

Yeah there’s no need for stage 2. I’d go aptamil stage 1 personally! Can you not buy it on their website though? We get a monthly subscription, recommend!

TiredEyes1991 · 18/07/2022 19:22

Just do their subscription. Each month you get however many tubs you need delivered straight from them.

stage 2 only exists so formula
companies csn advertise and promote their formula. There is no need to put your baby onto it.

Savers are now online and sell the powder and the ready to drink bottle dealt reasonably priced

pbdr · 18/07/2022 20:28

The NHS recommends continuing stage 1 throughout formula feeding, stage 2 has a higher sugar content and exists purely to allow formula companies to get around the law prohibiting the advertisement of first infant formula.

Hugasauras · 18/07/2022 20:31

You can get it on their website.

I always bulk buy from sainsburys, Tesco have it in my big store and savers also sell the formula
