Hi everyone my daughter is 6 months and has cmpa where weaning and I've mostly stuck to jars but want to try other things with her
What's some good things for cmpa babies when weaning

Also her brothers birthday is at the end September she obviously cant try his cake but could she try tiny bit of a vegan cupcake just so she feels included

And is vegan food suitable for people with cmpa

All advice be great Tia

We swapped our milk to barista oat milk for DD (actually works out better for us as it keeps much better than cow milk) so would use that on cereal / in mash etc
For more general weaning foods we just have anything that didn’t have milk in. It’s a bit annoying checking packets on pre prepared stuff but most of our dinners we cook from scratch anyway so was easy to avoid dairy (or add cheese etc to our own portion after taking out DDs)
When DD was that age she really liked sticks of cucumber and strawberries to chew on. Avocado was another good one but really she can have anything you’re having as long as no dairy, honey or salt.

They're be lots of things she can have at the party!

Ham sandwiches made with Vitalite (check the bread and ham ate DF), cucumber sticks, hummus, haves cherry tomatoes, party rings, jelly and vegan ice cream like Swedish Glacé.

And yes, vegan food is usually fine Wink
