Baby sleeping face in mattress

Hi
My almost 6 month old daughter has started really rolling around and has taken to sleeping on her stomach. She isn't great at rolling tummy to back and her arm almost always gets stuck as well. Sometimes I wake and she's asleep on her stomach and her arm is trapped underneath her.
I am most concerned as tonight I've found her sleeping with her face in the mattress, nose covered. I'm full of anxiety.
We have a snuzpod. I'm so scared Sad

Is a snuz pod one of those small cribs that go beside your bed?
She's probably outgrown it. Needs a nice big cot to wiggle around in and be able to move position better.

Please don't do this OP, once your baby can roll, swaddling is dangerous, in a suit or a blanket.

My nearly 5 mo old sleeps in a next to me crib. Rolling is normal and fine. Don't put them down on their back but if they roll there themselves that's fine.

Their arm probably isn't stuck, they are probably just comfortable like that. Mine does it often.
Also she like to sleep squashed right up in a corner - preferably with her bum in the air too!

If face in mattress gently move them. Essentially the thinking is by the time they can roll they will be able to move if they need too. This is why they must not be swaddled if rolling - they need to be able to use their arms to move and lift their head up and from side to side.

Snuzpod looks alot smaller than my next to me from the pictures, maybe time to give a bit more room?

No no no to the advice to swaddle at 6 months, don't do that! Agree baby needs a cot. Don't use sleep positioners or anything. It's anxiety inducing but like all phases it will pass. Do practice rolling during the day time!

I think you’re worried unnecessarily. Baby can roll, so that’s fine. DS sleeps face down. I just let him get one with it.

*I meant do put down on back, dont put down on tummy.
