Is this eczema? One year old.

My one year old has this rash on his face and the skin coloured bumps on both arms. Been this way for 5 months. Gp aren’t interested and said by aveeno cream which I did and get this is still like it. I use sudocream too, can anyone help me give a name to this? Do any of your babies have this or something by similar and what helps this rash?

Looks like hives to me- the first indication of my sons egg allergy?
Have you began weaning? Or have you (if breastfeeding) eaten something different?

Havent fed him anything out of the ordinary he has had this since feb this year and gp won’t take it seriously.

I cant see anything in first picture but second clearly shows an allergy type rash. Try asking a pharmacist if there is an antihistamine for his age and see if it disappears. I have something similar that I get every spring and summer, its like an allergy to sunlight, so I dose myself up.

Does he seem itchy or uncomfortable, or hot?

The second picture looks like Keratosis Pilaris. My DD has had it since being young. It's completely harmless
