Lansinoh breast pump not working

I have an electrical Lansinoh Brest pump which I’ve used for 6 weeks. I’m the last few days it hasn’t sucked the milk out.. I know the milk is there because when I hand express it comes out but when I use the pump it doesn’t. I’ve tried to google it but can’t find an answer to what’s wrong.
I can see that the suctioning part is going up and down so should be working so I can’t figure out what’s wrong.

Any help/advice?

Tear in the valve or kink in the tubing?

Yeah I'd recommend contacting them directly. When I had problems with my Ameda I called them and got new parts in the post the next day

Have you changed the valve? I'm sure I remember reading they only last about 4 weeks.
