Hi everyone,
Feeling quite down at the minute. I have a 1 year old who is amazing, but I find being a parent just exhausting. My husband works away often and I really don’t like when he does go away.
Anyway I have another flu/stomach bug because since becoming a mum I have just been constantly ill! Family are there to look after my LO today but I miss him and want to have the energy to look after him.
I'm not quite sure the reason for this post, just feeling a bit low and struggling how to get out of this slump. The guilt of wanting time to yourself but then missing them is hard, especially when the time off isn’t for doing anything fun it’s getting over an illness!
