Baby rash

7 weeks old on Friday. Does this look like acne/heat rash? She isn’t bothered by it at all and it’s only on one side

That looks like baby eczema but I'm not sure if you see your hv maybe ask them? My baby is 8 months and has had this from a few days off.
My doctor said moisturiser but a not fragrance one of course I tried e45 or zero base cream I hope that helps 😊

Looks like milk spots.

Perfectly normal and part of their skin adjusting to being outside the womb. No need to do anything

Hello, can anyone offer any advice, since Friday my 3 month old baby has had this rash on his tummy and back, it disappears when pressure/glass is applied, no other symptoms or fever, doesn’t seem to be bothering him, I took him to the GP yesterday who said it is “non descript” and hopefully it should just disappear but to go back in a week if it hasn’t, just wondered if anyone else’s baby has had this? Thank you.
