After school lessons

My child sees someone after school for a lesson once a week. The teacher can be a bit intense at times, but during the last lesson the teacher was in a bad mood, impatient and acting slightly bizarre and out of character, being quite direct and snappy with my child. I apologised to my child afterwards and feeling quite upset about it. We pay good money for this teacher. Would you chalk it up as a one off or go elsewhere immediately? I get everyone has a bad day.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Depends how out of character you feel it was, and depends how bothered your dc was.
Also of course, how specialised the teacher is.
If it is a piano teacher, you are probably likely to be able to find another piano teacher by asking around. If it is a harp teacher, then there are a lot rarer, and your options might be limited.
If it is a 7 yr old you are hoping to instill with a love of whatever it is they are learning, then you are in a different position from if they are a 17 yr old getting some top up tutoring for an A Level.
