Dd5 always suffered from eczema but mainly back of her knees and elbow. She's been doing more swimming lately which has made it worse & now has really bad small patches over her legs - see pics. I've been treating with her usual hydrocortisone cream but it doesn't seem to be making much difference. Has anyone any experience with this type of rash & know what could make it better ??
