My toddlers tooth looks odd and I’m a bit worried

My 13mo’s front tooth has started to come through but it looks really odd. Can anyone advise what this might be? I will of course take him to the dentist but I’m not sure if I should be pushing to be seen sooner rather than later?

Is that his big tooth coming in in front of baby tooth?
Is baby tooth showing any signs of coming out?

Possibly 2 coming through together that are overlapping? I would call your dentist and get them to have a look. Chances are it's nothing to worry about though.
