Is it wrong to really dislike the person your DS has become and their constant arguing, back chat, attitude and negativity.

He is everything that we've brought him up not to be, but despite best efforts, here we are.

If he was an adult, he'd be someone I'd DEFINITELY not want to be friends with.

I just don't know what to do, Im so fed up and could literally cry at any moment with sadness, frustration, anger - I don't know what.

My children aren’t of what I’m assuming is early teens? My nephew at c.11/12 was horrendous with no reason to be.

It can be really tough at times can't it @1DisillusionedDad.

We've had a couple of rocky years with DD in early teens but she's finally coming through. The nice times are getting more and the shouting and strips are getting less.

Just keep letting them know that you love them, yours there for them and you've got their back.
