Nursery after jabs

My nearly 4 month old has her jabs tomorrow morning at 9am, she then has nursery 1-6pm.
Is it okay that I still take her to nursery? I remember her crying a lot after her first ones (not initially after, but around 4 hours later she got hysterical) Not sure if that was related to the jabs because she's had other moments like that on days she didn't have jabs.
I'm asking for opinions on whether it is okay I still take her. I haven't took the day off work as I only got the appointment on Friday, I could pull a sickie tho.
Not sure what to do and over thinking it !

I wouldn't tbh. After all jabs my dd just wanted cuddles and me, and although good nurseries will do all of the cuddles that they can, they wouldn't be able to do that at all day.
