My dd is 15 months and has just started walking and is loving it, she mainly walks now rather than crawls but since being able to move has climbed on everything and anything. A proper climber, she can get to the top of the stairs in seconds (monitored of course). When we're indoors it's fine and when we are outside I try to keep her barefoot as much as possible to allow her to climb etc. But when being barefoot isn't safe for her she usually wears her crocs which she's obsessed with. The only thing is she's struggling to climb things at the park with them on.
What shoes have people found allowed them to climb more easily?
