My baby has odd teeth??

DD is 10 months and when she first got her bottom teeth we noticed one was much wider than the other (photo doesn’t do it justice). Now that they’ve come up a bit more, you can see they’re different shapes, too. As there’s no chance of getting her in to an NHS dentist these days, I’ve taken to google but found nothing. I think I’m struggling to make the search terms specific enough.

Has anyone ever seen this before? I’m not particularly worried… but I do wonder what it means in terms of space for her other baby teeth, and if it will impact on her adult teeth coming through at all?

Thanks!

Could it be a fused tooth? My friends little boy has one. Can't really tell from the pic, but if so they are harmless and don't impact the adult teeth apparently.
