One of my teens 13, is a very very picky eater, she often wastes her evening meal even though I try to make things I know she likes, it’s like her tastes change every week.

She has ADHD.

Im so fed with with wasting food. Does anyone have any tips?

With mine I give them about a third of the amount and on a much smaller plate. It was often the amount of food and the spread of it that they found so overwhelming

Serve food into dishes in the middle of the table. They can then just take a little bit, eat that, and get more if they want more. If they don’t then the food hasn’t been touched on someone’s plate so can be refrigerated and someone have leftovers for lunch the next day

I just serve tiny portions.

I don't think having to finish is a good thing and if she's not underweight she's eating enough.

The problem was mine wasn't so much that they didn't eat, but they spent their own money on junk outside the home. Awful, but I had to accept not much I can do.
