So my daughter is fussy with what meals she will eat, she never used to be but the older she’s getting the fussier she’s becoming, she’ll eat only a handful of meals, anything different she will not even try and if I do get her to try she’ll say she doesn’t like it and won’t eat it again. Should I use bribery?! Should I just not put my foot down and insist she’ll eat what I’ve made and nothing else until she does…this results in her getting extremely upset.
I have two younger children are are not fussy and eat well.

Sausages, minced beef, ham
carrots, sweetcorn, peas (no other veg really)
Disguised cheese!
Omlette
pizza
pasta in lasagne but not other pasta!
what she does it is healthy but I can’t keep doing the same things, I want her to try more and hopefully start liking more.
And I’m fed up making her the same old things day after day and with having to cook different for her
Any tips or advice? I’d love some fresh meal ideas that she might eat?
And what about all the things she used to eat…roast dinner, casserole, cottage pie, quiche…that she used to like but now says she doesn’t like, is she trying it on and should I persist with what she used to eat?
