Advice for 1st bday party

We’d like to use a backdrop & have a balloon arch. We aren’t allowed to stick things to the walls in the hall we’re using.

Any recommendations on what to buy? I’ve seen back drop stands & balloon arch sets, but sure which will be easier / sturdier to clip both the backdrop & the balloons on to.

how long do you think we’d need before the party to set up?

I’ll try to add links to the kind of thing I’ve seen.

also any recommendations on party food (mostly adults, some kids ranging from 1-14 years old) & simple things to keep kids entertained greatly appreciated!

Those arches take a long while to build and very sore fingers. I did one once but much smaller just for at home tea party and it took me a couple of hours. I personally would just get a celebration company to do one if you really want one.
