Nappy sizes

My just turned 2 year old has gone from size 6 Nappies (were barely doing up at the sides and starting to leak) to size 7s which fit ok.
I just noticed they only go up to a size 8 for pampers, am I going to make it to potty training?!
The Nappies are only for at night as he leaks in Pullups overnight. He is on the 75th centile, tall for his age and weighs just over 2st so still measuring fine for his height and weight.
I think in the past year he's gone up 2 Nappy sizes which is kinda concerning. I can't be the only one with this issue right?

Most people start training any time from 2 years old and definitely by 3. There are a few people who leave it until later but then it can be more difficult. With a 2 year old potty training should be on your radar as something which will need doing.

My 9 month old is 98th percentile height and weight and wears size 6 nappies. I hadn't really thought about this but there must be a solution for big babies. I doubt we'll be making it to potty training in just 2 more sizes...

My 5 year old is in Tesco size 8's for overnight. You'll be fine 😊

They don't really go up much from this age because they start to slim down quite quickly from age 3. My potty trained 2yo is in size 6 overnight but her 5yo sister still isn't dry overnight either and if we run out of her pull-ups she can still just about fit into them ok.

We're the same as PP - my 2 year old is also in 6s but can wear 7s. She's almost 3 and weighs about 15kgs.

2 stone is only about 12 kg so you have plenty of way to go yet. My 4 year old who is also 75th percentile is still wearing size 7s.

Don't worry about this!
