Daily nappy breaches- what am I doing wrong?

Hi! Hope someone can offer me some advice. For my work I must have changed thousands of nappies but my own daughter has got me going crazy. We have poo leaks everyday- multiple times a day- for example yesterday we had 3! I've tried different sizes and different brands of nappies. I try pulling the back as high as possible, leaving a good 'pouch' at the bottom and it's fastened around the waist as tight as acceptable- but she still manages to fire it up around her back. It's actually quite impressive but the scrubbing and washing is driving me insane. I checked with doctors as her stools are so watery and explosive but they all say it's normal. She's EBF and we've had lots of problems with wind, I've tried to see if there is a connection to what I eat but nothing makes a difference. There was a time when she really struggled with pooing and would strain for ages feeling very uncomfortable. Now she wakes up and she still takes her time but she is very happy throughout. I tried taking her clothes off her as soon as I realised what was happening but the stops her flow and can lead to problems later in the day. Perhaps I will need to except I have to clean her bed every morning. (My only other solution is taping up the back of her nappy) This is my last attempt to find out what I can do different- please help!

I have seen that some people fold the back of the nappy back in to make a little pocket. I haven’t tried this but it might help?

liquid poo is kind of par for the course with babies and no nappies hold it. You could try double nappying and put a larger nappy over the top. Both mine were lactose intolerant which I only realised when They were one and started on cows milk so you could also try cutting down on the dairy and see if it makes a difference.

My second had explosive poo that literally shot out of her and it was CMPA . I kept saying she poos a lot but they just said yes it totally normal until a doctor witnessed one and said that’s not normal.
Google some pictures of new born poo. Take some pictures of the nappies to show HCPs. I breastfed for 18 months with no dairy in my diet. She’s still bf now but we are ok with some dairy.
A too small vest does increase the chance of nappy leaks but more with wee.

OP as other posters have said I’d focus more on whether she has an intolerance and look to addressing it - go back to Dr as this isn’t really normal. Really sounds like my DS with horrendous nappies all up his back and full on change of clothes as it would have leaked everywhere.. and which got even more explosive once I started giving him cows milk!! Defo an intolerance issue here x
